When you start your relationship with StorePorter, you get:

  • Great automation, expert advice, and our lively cheering section
  • Installation of StorePorter on your system by our staff
  • Installation of backup software to backup StorePorter data securely to our servers
  • 4 one hour calls to train your staff on StorePorter and the specifics of linking to your back office system
  • Future core product releases and bug fixes
  • License for remote control of your StorePorter workstation by our support staff; access for your staff by request
  • Ongoing coaching and support on StorePorter and e-commerce best practices
  • 2 one hour calls regarding site development (usually a conference call with your developer)

By joining us today, you agree to the terms stated herein, the setup fee listed above, and ongoing monthly maintenance and support fees that apply to your installation:

  • Installation on a single workstation:
    Basic: $199/month: max 500 SKUs or 50 orders/month
    Standard: $299/month: max 10,000 SKUs or 750 orders/month
    Pro: $399/month: max 25,000 SKUs or 2000 orders/month
    Pro Plus: $499/month: max 50,000 SKUs or 3500 orders/month
    Enterprise: Call for pricing over 50,000 SKUs or 3500 orders/month
  • Additional workstations – $39/workstation/month
  • Additional remote desktops – $59/server/month

The setup fee will be charged upon checkout. Monthly fees begin the day StorePorter is installed and working on your system. Once StorePorter is set up and operating, fees are non-refundable. Termination of established service requires 30 day written notice to
